In January 2002 in a fertilizer plant in New Zealand, the replacement of the filling material became obsolete and unable to meet the expected thermal characteristics in a reliable way, was designed and supplied
Traditional fill used, degrade over time due to fouling, until the total blockage of the system. The decrease in efficiency led to a drastic reduction in production to the point that ,in order to have the same project production, double the energy had to be used.
It was decided to use the TURBOsplash PAC filling material for non occlusion features with maximum efficiency
